The perfect complement to Skirt Steak Tacos!
Momo’s Avocado Sauce
Ingredients
1 tbsp Momo’s Michelada mix
½ avocado
⅓ cup crema mexicana(sour cream, Greek yogurt, mayonnaise)
Juice of 1 lime
¼ cup cilantro
1 jalapeño
Salt
Olive oil
Appliances
Food processor or blender
Directions
Prepare all ingredients. Peel the avocado and cup into smaller pieces. Chop the jalapeño. Remove the stems from the cilantro.
Add avocado, jalapeño, cilantro, Momo’s, crema mexicana, lime juice, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Blend until smooth. Add more crema or oil if it is too chunky.
Serve with chips, tacos, eggs, quesadillas and enjoy!
