Looking for the ultimate crowd-pleaser that’s easy to make and impossible to stop eating? Meet Momo’s Bacon Jam — a sweet, savory, and spicy dip you’ll want to bring to every party (or just keep all to yourself — we won’t judge).

What makes it different? We don’t settle for boring bacon jam around here. We crank up the flavor with Momo’s Michelada Mix and our bold Stupid Rim Salt, creating an unforgettable bite with every dip.

Here’s how to make it:

WHAT YOU NEED:

• ⅓ cup Momo’s Michelada Mix

• Momo’s Stupid Rim Salt (to taste)

• ½ lb bacon

• 1 sweet onion

• ¾ cup brown sugar

• Sweet BBQ rub

• Pickled jalapeños (plus a splash of the juice)

• ½ lb block of cream cheese

• Crackers for dipping

HOW ITS DONE:

1. Season the Cream Cheese:

Score the cream cheese block and season all sides with BBQ rub and Stupid Rim Salt. Bake at 250°F for 1 hour and 30 minutes until it’s beautifully golden.

2. Cook the Bacon:

Thinly slice your bacon and cook it over medium heat for about 10 minutes. Remove and set aside. (Save just a little of that bacon grease — trust us.)

3. Caramelize the Onions:

In the same skillet, slice your sweet onion thin and caramelize it for 15–20 minutes, sprinkling in a little Stupid Rim Salt halfway through.

4. Mix Up the Magic:

Add the cooked bacon, Momo’s Michelada Mix, brown sugar, pickled jalapeños, and a splash of jalapeño juice to your caramelized onions. Stir everything together and cook on low heat for about 20 minutes until thick and jammy.

5. Assemble and Serve:

Once your cream cheese is baked and warm, pour that savory bacon jam goodness right over the top. Grab your favorite cracker and dive in!

Chef’s Notes:

• Want to turn it up even more? Next time, try smoking the cream cheese before topping it with the jam for an extra layer of flavor.

• You can also fully coat the cream cheese block in Stupid Rim Salt for even more savory bite.
