Momo's-McConaughey tuna salad

Famous for roles in movies like Dazed and Confused, Matthew Mcconaughey has been busy launching his own "Pantalones" tequila and other food and beverage collaborations. We are excited to present our version of his viral tuna salad recipe.Momo's is the secret sauce you never knew you needed.

Momo’s Tuna Salad Sandwich

WHAT YOU NEED

• 1 tbsp Momo’s Michelada mix

• ⅔ cup mayonnaise 

• ½ red onion

• ½ green apple

• 4 pickle slices chopped

• 1 ear of corn(cooked)

• 20-24 oz canned tuna

• Salt 

• Pepper 

• 2 slices sourdough bread

HOW IT'S DONE

• Finely chop the red onion, green apple, pickles, slice corn kernels off the cob then set aside. 

• Drain canned tuna then add to a large mixing bowl. Add the chopped ingredients to the bowl then season with salt and pepper. 

• In a separate bowl, mix ⅔ cup of mayonnaise with Momo’s then mix until consistent. Add the Momo’s mayo to the tuna salad and mix.

• Layer one slice of sourdough with the tuna salad to assemble the famous McConaughey Tuna Salad sandwich and enjoy!
