MOMO’S MEXICAN STREET SHRIMP

Sunday Supper is here! 🦐🔥 This week we have a mouthwatering recipe for Momo's Mexican Street Shrimp. 🌶️

But there's more than 1 special ingredient besides our award winning Mix… Gulf Shrimp from H-E-B! 🌊 These bad boys are "caught and not brought," ensuring the freshest, most flavorful shrimp for your dish. 🍤 Grab your Momo's Michelada Mix, and let's get cookin'!



WHAT YOU NEED
  • 4 tbsp Momo’s Michelada mix

  • 1-1.5 lbs Texas Gulf Shrimp

  • 1 jalapeño 

  • 1 tbsp sea salt

  • 2 limes

  • Cotija cheese

  • Cilantro 

  • Crema Mexicana 

HOW IT'S DONE
  • Peel shrimp, remove shell and legs leaving the tail. Add to a ziplock bag once peeled.

  • Add salt and Momo’s then seal the bag and mix. Let marinate for 20-30 minutes. 

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat then add butter or ghee. Cook shrimp for 2 minutes a side until cooked through.

  • Add to a plate, top with a sliced jalapeño, limes, cotija cheese, cilantro, and crema mexicana! 

  • Enjoy as a snack or a meal!
