WHAT YOU NEED
4 tbsp Momo’s Michelada mix
1-1.5 lbs Texas Gulf Shrimp
1 jalapeño
1 tbsp sea salt
2 limes
Cotija cheese
Cilantro
Crema Mexicana
HOW IT'S DONE
Peel shrimp, remove shell and legs leaving the tail. Add to a ziplock bag once peeled.
Add salt and Momo’s then seal the bag and mix. Let marinate for 20-30 minutes.
Heat a skillet over medium heat then add butter or ghee. Cook shrimp for 2 minutes a side until cooked through.
Add to a plate, top with a sliced jalapeño, limes, cotija cheese, cilantro, and crema mexicana!
Enjoy as a snack or a meal!
