“I’m not even kidding , all it took was 1 trip to Florida to make me obsessed with coconut cream. The first thing that popped in my head when thinking of mixing Momos with other flavors was “Tropical”. Honestly a Normal pina colada is still amazing with our mix. However, I’m glad to finally bring it to this series with some help from Austin local syrup kings Liber and Co. This has an amazing amount of depth and has flavor that is ever changing as you sip ! I hope you can enjoy this as much as everyone else who has had the chance to try it.
Build in shaker or blender and add as much coconut cream as you want, this is just a recommendation ;P”
What You Need
1.5 oz white rum (45 mL)
1 oz spiced rum (30 mL)
1.5 coconut cream (45 mL)
.75 liber and co passion fruit syrup (22 mL)
2 oz pineapple (60 mL)
1 oz of the main event momos (30 mL)
How it’s Done
Build in a shaker and strain over ice or build it in a blender and blend smooth.
Garnish with a maraschino cherry.
