Momo’s Pork Chops

This week, we're bringing you a Sunday Supper that's bursting with flavor! Chef Garrett has crafted a mouthwatering Momo's Pork Chops Recipe that combines the savory goodness of pork with the zesty kick of our signature Momo's Michelada Mix. This dish is a perfect balance of spice and freshness, making it a crowd-pleaser for any occasion.

The marinade, featuring Momo's Michelada Mix, cayenne pepper, and our signature Stupid Rim Salt, infuses the pork chops with a depth of flavor that's simply irresistible. The combination of caramelized onions and bell peppers, creamy guacamole, and hearty black beans creates a well-rounded and satisfying meal.

Garrett recommends using thicker pork chops next time to prevent them from drying out in the oven. This ensures juicy and tender pork chops every time.
