NEW RECIPE! Momo's chimichurri sauce

We are so much more than a delicious michelada mix. Good flavor is good flavor and putting guard rails on what we are is boring. Our mix could be labeled as a marinade, sauce, bloody mary mix and dressing. To show people this utility, we thought to work with someone that is passionate about culinary arts and micheladas. -Momo

Chimichurri Sauce

Ingredients

●      ¼ cup Momo’s Michelada Mix

●      ⅓ cup olive oil

●      1 ½ tbsp red wine vinegar

●      ½ cup finely chopped parsley

●      ½ tbsp oregano

●      3 cloves minced garlic 

●      Optional habanero pepper or red chili without the seeds

●      Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

●      Rinse and chop ½ cup of parsley and place in mixing bowl. Remove seeds and chop habanero pepper and add to bowl. Mince 3 cloves of garlic and add to bowl. Add dried oregano leaves to bowl.

●      Add red wine vinegar, olive oil and Momo’s Michelada mix and stir. Add salt and pepper to taste then serve over steak, chicken or fish.
