Spice Up Your Lunch: Chef Garrett's Michelada Egg Salad Sandwich with Momo's Mix

Perfect for a quick lunch or a casual Sunday Supper, this recipe is a flavor explosion you won't want to miss.
Chef Garrett's creation is a delightful blend of creamy, tangy, and spicy. The Momo's Stupid Rim Salt adds a unique savory kick, while the pickled jalapeños and Momo's Michelada Mix bring the heat. The avocado adds a rich creaminess, and the shallots and pickles add a nice crunch and tang.

WHAT YOU NEED
2 tsp Momo’s Stupid Rim salt
5 soft or hard boiled eggs
½ diced shallot
8-10 pickle slices
5-6 pickled jalapeño slices
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp sour cream
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
½ avocado
HOW ITS DONE
Boil 5 eggs. 6-8 minutes. Remove and let cool then remove the shells.
Dice the shallot on a large cutting board. Add pickles, boiled eggs, jalapeño slices, and the avocado then chop and mix all the ingredients.
Once consistent add all the remaining ingredients and give it another chop and mix until consistent.
Toss on a slice of sourdough and enjoy!
