🌶️🍈THE SPICY DAIQUIRI - I recently moved out of Louisiana, and noticed the Daiquiri is probably the most popular drive thru item in the state. The ingredients naturally allow for bartenders at work and home to really dive into some creativity.

For this spin on a Daiquiri, we wanted to add a good kick to it. The poblano rounds out the spice from Momo's and enhances everything around it. There are 2 flavor profiles I haven’t mixed with daiquiris over my 8 years of bartending, those were savory and spicy. What You Need

 2 OZ white rum (60mL)

 .5 Ancho reyes poblano liquer

  1 oz momos michelada

  .5 oz lime juice

  .5 oz simple syrup

  

How It’s Done:

Shake ; Strain over ice ; lime wheel
