Peekaboo for Game Day and Half Time Wings! 🏈 Get ready to elevate your Super Bowl snack game with Chef Garrett's "stupid good" fried chicken wings, featuring a secret ingredient combo that'll have your guests begging for more. We're talking Momo's Michelada Mix and Momo's Stupid Rim Salt – a flavor explosion that's perfect for game day. These wings are crispy, juicy, and packed with a unique zesty kick. Let's get cooking!

WHAT YOU NEED:
4 tbsp Momo’s Michelada mix
1-2 tbsp Momo’s Stupid Rim Salt
1 lb chicken wings
3 tbsp unsalted butter
1-2 cups all-purpose flour
2 eggs
2-3 cups oil
Ranch (for dipping, optional)
HOW IT'S DONE:
Prep the Wings: In a bowl, whisk 2 eggs. In another bowl, combine 1-2 cups of flour with 1 tbsp of Stupid Rim Salt. Coat each wing: flour, egg, flour again, and set aside.
Fry the Wings: Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F. Fry wings in batches (don't overcrowd) for 5 minutes, remove, and pat dry. Fry for another 5 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Transfer to a large mixing bowl.
Make the Sauce: While the wings are frying, melt butter in a skillet over medium heat (be careful not to burn). Add 4 tbsp of Momo’s Michelada Mix and cook for 3-4 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.
Coat and Serve: Dust the fried wings with additional Stupid Rim Salt. Pour the Michelada sauce over the wings and toss until evenly coated. Add more sauce if you prefer saucier wings. Serve immediately with ranch (if desired).
Chef's Notes:
"Next time, I'd up the seasoning in the flour. I hadn't fried anything in a while and forgot how much seasoning the flour needs. I would also cook the butter on a little lower heat or wait until the wings are done frying to have more focus on the sauce!"
