Happy Sunday! ☀️ Garrett's Pineapple Pico de Gallo, made with Momo's Michelada Mix, is the perfect no-cook dip for a refreshing change.

Momo’s Pineapple Pico de Gallo

Ingredients

● 1-2 tbsp Momo’s Michelada mix

● 1 1⁄2 cups diced pineapple

● 2-3 diced tomatoes

● 1 diced jalapeño

● 1⁄2 diced white onion

● 1⁄4 cup cilantro

● 1 lime

● Salt

● Pepper

Directions

● Rinse off the tomatoes, jalapeño and cilantro before dicing. Dice fresh pineapple,

jalapeño(with seeds), white onion, tomatoes(remove inside), cilantro and combine in

large mixing bowl.

● Squeeze the juice of 1 lime and add 1-2 tablespoons of Momo’s. Season with salt and

pepper and enjoy!

● Serves well with fish and shrimp tacos!
